Welcome to the new GlobalGAP website of the Dutch Retail Association (CBL). This site has been build according to the new GlobalGAP Integrated Farm Assurance structure. Integrated Farm Assurance or just IFA is the "house" in which the different GlobalGAP scopes, sub-scopes and modules are structured. The site will provide information for farmers, Certification Bodies and other interested companies/people.
You can find information by clicking on the Icons on the home-page. The Icon "algemeen" will provide general information (and regulations) for companies who would like to certify for GlobalGAP. The link which refers to documenten (documents) will provide information on the older EurepGAP protocols which are valid/can be certified for, until the end of 2007. It will also show the new GlobalGAP IFA standard. Companies will be able to certify for this new standard after the first of March 2007.
An agenda is shown on the right side of the home page. This agenda shows data on which presentations are given or will be given. The presentations will be executed by the CBL after a request of a company or organisation which is interested in the GlobalGAP IFA standard. These presentations have the aim to inform farmers and companies about the demand of the Dutch retailers for GlobalGAP certified products. This project, "De boer op met GlobalGAP", is financed by the Dutch ministry of LNV and CBL.
This site has mainly been build for the Dutch farmers. Most texts are therefore in the Dutch language. If you would like to have more information, you can contact the Project Manager Anne-Corine Vlaardingerbroek at the CBL. You might as well contact the CBL by clicking on the link 'vraag stellen?', on the home-page. Your Question will be forwarded to the CBL.
